Ouija Experiment (2014)
This was a good one.
The first half of the movie is really good. The acting is decent (except when they do the video chats) and dialog is good (except for the mentally challenged guy). The use of the relationship and Ouija board to create the conflict was a great idea. There are some decent scares, but as the film rolls to a close it gets a bit more cheesy. As with found footage films they always have to come up with a "convincing" reason there's a camera everywhere, and as the story progresses it becomes less and less believable. Okay writers/directors, next time you think someone's in your house, make sure you grab the camera and not a weapon durrr... The last shot is actually a nice touch, although the build-up to it is cheeseball.
Just so you know, a golden rule is never burn the Quija board it in reality will only make things much worse.
